First episode of what seems to be the second season or haruhi just aired^.^

Basically, Haruhi first aired in 2006 and is now re-airing chronologically with new episodes, 8 episodes aired so far, 18 to go.
The first 7 episodes where
The melancholy of haruhi suzumiya I - VI
The boredom of Haruhi suzumiya I
Then episode 8 came which is pretty much the first episode of 'season 2'
it'll take several weeks for the next one to air since some 'old' episodes come first

from what ive heard i think it way be related to the manga in which haruhi dissapeared? but my informants often fail so don't let me ruin it, now ima watch it.
