he had the knowledge...but he created it...he designed it....that weapons design was not in the deposatory...he invented it...

The technology was there however, he just had to put a pyhysical form to it, the deposotary did all the heavy lifting.

nah, he just used their knowledge. . . but the repository is more like a textbook. . .
u can have the knowledge thats in it, but its whether or not YOU can utilize that knowledge. . .and he can

yeah, thats what i said, he used their knowledge. . . .
HE used their knowledge. . . its like if i figure out cold fusion from reading a bunch of textbooks. . . i'd be using knowledge from them, to come up with something, but I would be the person who'd get credit for doing that, and yes, I would reference them, but yeah. . . . .
