So after creating the Goa'uld language, the Unas language, and the Ancient language it would appear that the creators got a little lazy..
I heard Hermiod speak and I noticed something about the way it sounded.. And sure enough I was right, it's plain english reversed!
Did anyone else catch that?

omg your right thos lazy sob's sitting in their office getting paid for not
doing anything they should be fired ! Lets cancel the show that cant make a
few decent alien languages that will be anyways translated a few minutes
later by no other than doctor Daniel Jackson
give them a break...you try to make a few couple of languages .. and try to be original ! When you do create those languages then you could criticizes their hard work

i think they mentioned it in a special, or, maybe i saw it on youtube, or read it somewhere. . . .
good catch though. . . .
@olderspice, what else do we have to do until SGU but decrypt and dissect everything about stargate?
now, if you excuse me, i'm off to make a stargate with a toaster

Just because I haven't made anything nearly as awesome as stargate doesn't mean I don't have the right to criticize..
My point is-they made a few good languages, then dropped the ball..
Some even say they dropped the ball when they wrote the story line for the Ori.. You going to shoot them down with sarcasm, too?
It's like music-no matter how great a band/artist is at first, they always go downhill..
On a related note, SGA isn't nearly as good as sg1.. I really hope they make a comeback with SGU..

I agree except on that SGA swipe. SGA was just as good as SG1 and if they had allowed it to continue on for a few more seasons rather than rushing it to an incredibly crappy end it could have been even better. I mean come on the Wraith are a better race of villains than the Goauld, the Replicators were there, but they used Ancient technology, and there were EVIL ASGARD! I mean come on evil Asgard. |

Thanks for the evil Asgard spoiler..
SGA has its good points, but there was just some stuff I liked better about SG1.. Mostly the characters..

ya the stargate wiki has so much stuff on their i never knew before. I have learned something about every episode because of it. Also helps when I look up different things in the shows(races, planets, objects). Really puts things in depth and all info on stuff |
