Lelouch got owned, shouldn't have used Geass to Suzaku that way. 
Still, I have a feeling that Nunnaly survived, Rolo just wanted Lelouch to think of her as dead.. Who knows.

and yes it has subs.
if you don't have it already download VLC player (really good player)

i think what we are forgetting is that if lelouch hadn't used that geass he would have died in the middle of the first season

get the kazaa lite codec pack with media player classic, it'll play it styled and with ffdshow(causes less lagg)

 wtf my laptop dl's faster than the family computer, WHILE streaming at the same time! Still gotta dl the codec after finished dling the episode though, so don't know when I'll be able to watch it. Streams might be in before I'm finished installing the codec, so I might watch that, but at least I'll have it for next episode.

we have the official release from nightspeed fansubs(check the crc if you like)
there are english subtitles, else it's your problem

try downloading the avi version from http://eclipse.no-sekai.de/ or wait till i get the streams up 2morrow^^
