the hollow who ichigo fight in himself says that he and old man zangetsu are the same so the hollows name is zangetsu and he was dominant over the old man until ichigo fought him in around ep 125 with the vizard in it so right now hollow zangetsu is submissive under the old man

isn't that just "hollow ichigo.. or ichigo's hollow side?
and well.. zangetsu is just the character, the hollow/old man is just the form that the zanpaktou's image takes

Ichigo's hollow is his inner hollow so I think it is called hollow Ichigo rather than zangetsu but I don't know
