after reading those posts on vreel i have to say i think that the likely hood of limited internet access would be unlikely because it would require every provider to change to the new format nearly simultaneously because otherwise the customers who used the provider who changed to the limited model will probably say "this is silly lets go to some one who isn't limiting it" and all of the sudden the guy who hadn't changed yet has tons more customers and they see that everyone left another company because of the limited access and decide against it this.

Yeah but if some of the big ISP decides to do it at the same time, then the other companies who also want to charge more for internet will do it.
Maybe there are lots of providers right now who thought of, and liked the idea and just cant do it because of the risk to loose all their customers.
But if they all do it then that wont be problem for them.
And its not like everyone in the world can choose whichever ISP they like... The choice is very limited in alot of places.
But hopefully you are right and there will be more companies who decides not to limit it then there will be who does.
Atleast thats how i see it... but i am no expert who knows alot of details in this Razz

if this happens a world wide civil war wil break out like after a singel standerd month this schit happens cuz stores and companies wil go out of buisnes couse of this and more schit jobs wil be lost and after a while rebelions against it wil rise up al over the world until the broblem is solved so dont worry it wont happen the internet managers are just day dreaming about it cuz then theyd be 10 times as ritch
