That movie was really Awsome Smile

, alot better the AOT...., and the quality was excellent. Cool

Just wish they would make the Stargate movies uhhh I dont know longer?????? more action packed?????????

k in the espoid search and destroy 5th season in Atlatis carter said when she was leaving tht "We caught the last Bal clone and the Tok'ra wants SG-1 to make an apperance in the extraction ceromony". In the credits of contunium it said "Amanda Tapping as Lt. Colonel Samatha Carter" but in atlatis isnt she a full bird colonel?????????

Yeah, I agree with the extended episode feel that the movies have.

The writing/storyline seems pretty generic with nothing incredible.

Basically goes like this:

Problem presents itself, Good Guys find solution, Good Guys face a hurdle which stops them from achieving the solution, the hurdle is overcome, problem is solved.

I thought it was stupid how they had O'niell make a few jokes and then die, and I felt that those five minutes where pretty badly scripted.

Jack grabbing Bal seemed uncharacteristic of his character who would more likely have quipped something like "Oh Bal, why are my people disappearing?"

It just seemed like they need a way for O'neill to die so he couldn't go on the mission.

and what happened to Vala? Why would she, someone not from earth, disappear when Sam, Daniel and Mitchell didn't?

The movie was good in most ways but the storyline was filled with giant holes and quite boring in the scheme of things.

Everything just seemed to turn out too conveniently.

The quality of the streaming link I watched though was excellent!

Mitchell should have disapeared to because his grandfather was killed by Jaffa. But i think just when he was supposed to dissapear they ran in the stargate and their for the time effect did not effect Mitchell Cool

well truthfully if ba'al did go back in time he would meet with his original ba'al and if he killed the original ba'al the ba'al that came back in time to rule in the original ba'als place would cease to exist but if he cease to exist then woudlnt the world stop due to a paradox that can never be solved thus the world stops cuz ba'al had to go back in time kill the original 1939 ba'al so he can have a fleet of ha'taks and a army of jaffas cuz he did go back with jaffa when he came to earth at 1939

The cool thing I like about the concept of time travel is that if it were possible, the mere intention would be able to change time.

Think about it.

As soon as you used a time machine, every change you will make while time traveling will have already occurred in the point in time that you left from.

Imagine this: You have an Observer and a time traveler. The observer is able to stay at the same point in time which the time traveler leaves from without being effected. The time travel meanwhile goes back in time with a specific task to accomplish.

The instant the time traveler disappears, the observer whom is still at the point in time which the time traveler left from, should already be able to see the effects of everything the time traveler does in the past, no matter how long it takes. This is because where the observer is, all the actions of the time traveler should already have been carried out because he is in the time-travelers future.

Understand?

And theoretically, you'd expect these things to happen instantly, not randomly like the movie depicts.

There really were a LOT of stupid problems with the movie.

But oh well.
