sry to turn your fav character into the "bad guy" but if u pause, the shadow does not have horns. and since there is so much focus it's probably lucy. at that time the lilium music stops and the bell tolls. if you remember back to previous episodes, the music box brought comfort to both lucy and kouta (which can symbolize the happiness they both shared). and the "bell tolling" can be seen as a bad omen (fear not for whom the bells tolls...it tolls for thee etc.). so my guess is lucy comes back...but somehow she reached her genocidal peak and that she may want to kill off more humans (as was the purpose for which she was created). just a thought, hate to be the pessimist. was a fantastic series, probably the best drama and artwork i've seen from an anime so far. |

Even though you have a very good point I'd have to say that...Well...Lucy yes could have reached that genocidal peak but I don't think she's come to kill Kouta and all of them....If you remember back she asked Kouta when they were little to kill her if she ever killed a bunch of people so perhaps she wants to die before she can kill anymore....And wants Kouta to do it....Or perhaps she has yet to reach that peak but knows she's about to and wants Kouta to kill her before she kills anymore....Understand?

Is there any Chance of getting this in Dubbed? becuse although there might be certin stuff lost in translation I prefere not to Read as I find you miss alot of the Action. |

well i must say the reason why the music box stopped is that the time of lucy has ended cuz she liked the sound and that the clock started to work because the time for nyuu has come or something like that, ofcourse thats only one possibility. Anyway i found a thread from some1 that the next season will come but further informations are not known yet |

well elfen lied is also written in german so... ah well it just happened to be found in the forum there but it was all written in english so it shouldnt be a problem, just still wondering if the song was latin or some other language |
